How do I sign up for Smart Art?

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is 100% free of charge throughout the United States! Additional charges may apply to International shipments.
Which carrier ships your boxes?
Boxes are shipped via USPS and DHL. All International mail is handed off to the appropriate country’s local Postal service, goes through customs, and is then delivered to the recipient.
When do I need to sign up to get the next box release?
Sign up on or before the 28th of the month to get the current box that will be released on the 1st of the following month! All orders processed after the 28th will ship the following month. For example, a purchase made on January 28th will be shipped February 1st. A purchase made on January 29th will be shipped March 1st.
When does Smart Art ship?
All boxes ship on the 1st of the month or the following business day depending on whether the day falls on a weekend or holiday. National shipments will receive a tracking notice once the box ships.
Past Boxes are shipped 5 - 7 days business days after being processed.
When should I expect my box?
We ship on the 1st of the month or the following business day depending on whether the day falls on a weekend or holiday. National shipments should arrive 2-6 business days after shipping, International shipments should arrive in 7-14 business days for most addresses outside the U.S. This shipping schedule applies to Gift Boxes as well.

Due to customs, and the local post in your country we make no guarantees for international deliveries. If you live outside of the United States, Canada, United Kingdom or Australia your boxes are shipped at your own risk.

How does billing work?
Signing up for Smart Art means opting into a subscription that bills you every month, or according to the subscription type chosen (1, 3, 6 and 12 month subscription options). Rebilling occurs around the 8th of the month. For example: Your first purchase was made on January 10th, your next payment will be processed on February 8th (Example based on 1 month subscription model).

How do I update my account information?
To update your account information, login using your email address and password, then click My Profile or My Subscription at the top of the website. If you have any questions or run into any problems, please contact our support team by emailing us at .
How do I cancel my account? (CANCELLATION POLICY)
If you are not completely satisfied with Smart Art Box, you can cancel your membership and discontinue your monthly payments at any time.
In order to cancel before you are renewed for the next shipment, you need to contact Smart Art Box prior to the renewal date on the 8th of each month.

If your membership has already renewed and you'd like to cancel an upcoming shipment, you must request cancellation by the 28th of the month to be eligible for a refund.
IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL PRIOR TO THE TWENTY-EIGHTH DAY OF A CALENDAR MONTH, YOU CANNOT BE REFUNDED FOR THAT MONTH'S SHIPMENT. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON BOXES THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED. NOR DO WE ACCEPT RETURNS.

How do I receive a refund?
If you would like to receive a refund, it must be requested within 72 hours (3 days) of your charge. If you do not cancel prior to the twenty-eighth day of a calendar month, you cannot be refunded for that month's shipment. We do not offer refunds on boxes that have already been shipped. Nor do we accept returns.

Smart Art occasionally offers Coupon codes that can be used to redeem a special offer. Please note that only one Coupon can be used toward an order. Coupon codes may have an expiration date, if you’re unsure if your Coupon is active or you’ve forgotten to apply your Coupon code, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the Coupon code you wish to use and we will be happy to assist you.
