    • Shipping/FAQ

  • Attention customers in Mexico, Central America, South Africa, Asia and Eastern Europe! It is possible that your box could go missing, be destroyed, or show up 1-2 months late. We unfortunately cannot offer replacements or refunds for lost or damaged international shipments.
  • For all International Shipments (out of the US): Please be aware that your item may be held at customs for inspection, delaying the delivery time, and you may be charged a customs fee or import tax or similar. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about customs clearance - each individual country has its own customs laws and make the importer (the buyer - you!) responsible for these fees.
  • Shipping is 100% free to our United States customers. For all international customers it’s an additional $15 for the Jazza's Jazzy Art Box.
  • National shipments should arrive 2-6 business days after shipping, International shipments should arrive in 7-14 business days for most addresses outside the U.S.
  • Shipping status for orders placed between April 30th and June 18th:
    • Boxes ordered on April 30th will start shipping July 1st.
    • Boxes ordered May 1st to June 18th will be shipping no later than July 26th.
